i like the show Numb3rs on Friday nights on CBS…

of course I have also began the conversion from PC to Mac myself…

so I found this quite entertaining….hopefully you will at least a little bit as well

so, as most of you know by now, technology is my third passion in life…

it falls directly behind my girls, and theology…

that being said, I have added a new addition to the Hill household this morning..

the apple 500 GB time capsule…

not only is it an 802.11n wireless router, it also contains a 500 GB internal hard drive that I can use to backup my precious memories of the girls….

and you can also extend the capacity of the drive by simply attaching an external USB drive to the device…

it works seamlessly with time machine of course…

LOTS of leopards….

so far, it has doubled tigers pre-order marks

hopefully by mid-week next week, I will be testing all its features on my new 17″ Macbook Pro….

apple vs dell — 10 years later

some of you probably won't remember the wonderful praise that Michael Dell heaped upon Apple back in 1997 at the ITxpo97 in Orlando…

in case you missed it, forgot about it, or simply didn't care then (and honestly still don't now)….
here is what his response was to the question "What would you do id he were CEO of Apple?"…

"What would I do? I'd shut it down and give the money back to the shareholders."

check out this little graph showing the market capitalization of both Dell and Apple since that time….

wonder what Steve Jobs would do if he were the CEO of Dell???
