Tony Romo and Jerry Jones finally agreed to terms of a new deal…

it is a 6 year deal and eliminates the worry for a QB in Big D….

So the seasons are in full swing…

So just a quick note on the records of my favorite teams at this point in the season and some notes on each…

Arkansas (4 – 3, 1 – 3) SEC
McFadden 932 yards, 5.5 AVG, 7 TD
Jones 774 yards, 9.6 AVG, 7 TD

Dallas Cowboys (6 – 1, 1 – 0) NFC East
Currently the #2 offense in the league
Tony Romo — 1984 yards, 16 TD 9 INT
Barber III — 479 yards, 5 TD
T.O. — 556 yards, 5 TD
Witten — 540 yards, 4 TD

Dierks Outlaws (7 – 1, 2 – 1) 7AA West
Ben Chaney and Drew Walston lead a very young, yet talented Outlaw squad.
They suffered their first loss of the season this past Friday night in the Holler to an older, more physical Mount Ida team 41 – 26.
The Outlaws still have a shot at the conference title and a high seed in the State Tourney.
They have two games against conference foes left with Mineral Springs and Murfreesboro yet to play.
Hopefully the boys can get to 9 – 1 on the regular season and head into the State Tourney on a good roll.

it is officially over now….(at least on the one league where I am the manager)

we have 10 teams in that league…I finished 9th….
I was actually tied with the other guy with identical records of 4 – 10, however, I had 124 more points than him and ended up 9th…

to give you an idea of how my year went this was the final score of my game this past week against the #1 team in our league….

Me — 100.58
Him— 118.83

doesn't even look close does it? well this game wasn't…
however, let's look at the other HIGHEST score of the 4 other games in our league…

Me — 100.58
Them– 95.15

meaning any other team this week I would have won…
typical for me…

for the last 4 weeks this has happened…
oh well…

well, lookie here….my bench score was pretty awesome as well..
