instead of having to make decisions on different instances regarding punishment for offenses, Liberals have succeeded in mandating schools use "zero tolerance"…

After an outbreak of pregnancies among middle school girls, education officials in this city have decided to allow allow one school's health center to make birth control pills available to girls as young as 11.

the basic parental consent form that all parents sign will be enough approval the school will need to distribute the birth control causing one of the 2 no votes on the 9 member school board…

The other "no" vote Wednesday night came from Ben Meiklejohn, who said a parental consent form, which allows students to receive any kind of treatment at the school health center, does not clearly define the services being offered.

shouldn't this be the responsibility of the parents in the home and not the school?
it seems to be just another aspect of raising children that some parents are willing to concede to the government and therefore relinquishing them of their responsibility for their child's actions…

then who else "KNOWS" and why aren't there charges being brought against the Administration??

you see President Bush, they aren't the same God, not even close…
Christians pray to Jehovah God and Muslims pray to Allah…

honestly, not the same person, entity, being, however you want to slice it…
